I love all of these, Amy. I'm shocked to read that you use 50 layers. I wasn't a Photoshop user so layers are pretty new to me, and I almost always only use 3!! Pencil, inked lines, color, and once in a blue moon a 4th of there's an element I'm not sure about. I'm going to play around with them more to see what the possibilities are.
Thanks, Trish! I don’t draw in photoshop, but I use it daily for work. That’s fascinating about how you use only a few layers. I seriously am so protective of the linework and keep lots of sections separate so that I can turn things on and off and independently change them. There is much you can do with the layers to ease the coloring, too. I find it funny how many layers I end up with, and there are still things I keep thinking I am overcomplicating. Learning lots though. Thanks for commenting.
I love this Amy! What a lovely stack of cards they could make at the end of the project :) Look forward to following along!
Thank you so much for commenting, Carolyn! I agree they may have card-like potential! Thanks for saying that.
I love today’s affirmation!
Thanks, Laura!
I actually like the colors on day 4!
Thanks! I wouldn’t say they are bad colors…. They aren’t “me” colors. LOL.
You have such a steady hand! My lines wiggle on paper, and it’s even worse on the iPad.
Very wiggly, for sure.
It is a learning process right, so you aren’t going to feel successful every time.
