I wish there was a way to bundle some of the minutes you are finding throughout the day and put them into a little 10 or 15 minute pocket of morning to give you time for you to start the day. What would you do in that time if you could add something? Freewrite (morning pages)? Gratitudes? Affirmations? Intentions? Just enjoy the quiet with a cup of something?
