As soon as I wake up, the to do list starts forming in my mind and I feel like I need to get busy and get things done. I've been getting better at taking a few minutes for myself here and there throughout the day, but I wish my mornings were less hectic.

I wish there was a way to bundle some of the minutes you are finding throughout the day and put them into a little 10 or 15 minute pocket of morning to give you time for you to start the day. What would you do in that time if you could add something? Freewrite (morning pages)? Gratitudes? Affirmations? Intentions? Just enjoy the quiet with a cup of something?
